Phi Mint Essential Oil is USDA Certified Organic
The leaves from the peppermint plant have been lovingly cultivated and harvested to produce Don Tolman’s Phi Mint Essential Oil.
In-keeping with the Ancient Wisdom of Sacred Geometry, which is the basis for all of Don’s creations, each bottle is made up of a phi measure of white blossom peppermint to purple blossom peppermint.
Peppermint Oil is known to:

How to Use:
- Add 5 drops to an atomiser to purify and cleanse your home
- Add 1 to 2 drops to a cotton handkerchief, fold and sniff to alleviate a blocked nose or headache
- Add 1 to 2 drops to our Divine Body Butter and use as a soothing foot rub to refresh tired feet or massage into stomach and abdomen in a clockwise direction to soothe cramps and tummy troubles
- Add a drop to a cotton ball, place into a small seal-able glass container and inhale throughout the day to keep the mind alert – great for study, when taking a course or when you need a general brain-boost
- Add 1 to 2 drops to a bowl of steam inhaler, cover head with a towel and inhale to soothe conditions; such as ashthma and bronchitis (always TAKE CARE when using steam).
- To apply topically, Phi Mint can be mixed with a vegetable oil; such as coconut, avocado, grapeseed, jojoba, wheatgerm or evening primrose. Mix can then be placed into a roller bottle and applied to the temples, forehead, back of the neck, stomach or wrists
- Use a ratio of 1% to 3% Essential Oil to Carrier Oil for adults, who do not fall under the next category –
- 3% Dilution is approximately 60 drops Essential Oil to 100 ml Carrier Oil
- Use a ratio of 0.5% to 1% for babies, small children, those who are pregnant, the elderly and those with sensitive skin).
- 1% Dilution is approximately 20 drops Essential Oil to 100 ml Carrier Oil
- Use a ratio of 1% to 3% Essential Oil to Carrier Oil for adults, who do not fall under the next category –
