You’ll need:

Blender such as a Nutribullet or Vitamix

2 tablespoons Don Tolman’s Organic Carrot Juice Powder

1 tablespoon Don Tolman’s Organic Apple Juice Powder (or 1 fresh apple, cored and cut)

A handful of fresh mint leaves

1/4 fresh lemon – squeezed

1 handful of baby spinach leaves

1 glass purified water

Steps:

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend of high for approx. 1 minute

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
