Cancer loves to be nestled within its own sanctuary doing homely things like baking, snuggling, nurturing...

The Moon, joined with the North Node (also in Cancer) & inconjunct the Mars/Saturn conjunction (at the ingress), is a reminder of the nodal theme, which began in 2019 - it's time to let go of the constant push/the striving/the stress/the busy-ness ... & to open to what's most needed in this World - more nurture, tenderness & care.

The importance of balancing boundaries & discipline with self care & tenderness (one cannot exist without the other) & the need to listen to our emotions & learn to flow in rhythm throughout our days instead of pushing ourselves beyond what's comfortable & healthy.

Listen to your feelings; even if you feel lost, unsure & mixed right now. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We're entering a new paradigm on Earth, but first we must allow the old to fall away.

Saturn, Jupiter & Pluto are big players this year; trimming the excesses of the past, magnifying shadows/projections, urging us to self-betterment & sustainability

Mars has moved into Aquarius exactly conjunct Saturn; whilst the Jupiter/Pluto conjunction continues to tighten.

It’s taking a lot of discipline to move ahead at the minute & things may feel tough, but progress can be made.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Jupiter/Pluto brings a strong urge to move forward &, placed in Capricorn, this is likely connected to a need to achieve something.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mars/Saturn can bring difficulties & blocks, however. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Perhaps the feeling of being thwarted …

… & this can lead to a great deal of frustration.

Okay, so it's not the best photo, but I spotted Venus and the Moon whilst writing this post & watering our lawn (very Taurus) in our garden this afternoon 💝

Both are in Taurus - along with Uranus- the great awakener 🙌💞 .

A few ideas whilst the Moon is travelling through Venus-ruled Taurus 💝

1) Buy yourself a bunch of bright flowers to uplift the energy in your home 🌠 ... or pick some from the garden 🌷

2) - Add a fruit bowl to your kitchen bench top 🍋🍊🍎 ... & (bonus!) watch your kids suddenly wanting to eat more of it 🌟

3) If you know someone who's lost their job this week, maybe you can gift them one of the above - whilst maintaining the hygiene & social distancing rules 🙌

Venus will be entering the shadow zone for her upcoming retrograde on April 11th; after she moves into Gemini on the 4th.

Retrogrades tend to take us inward &, as most of us are likely to be in isolation around this time, it's likely to be a time for some deep soul searching & reflection around Venusian themes; such as:

.- Money,
.- Relationships,
- Our desires,
- Our taste,
- What we enJOY
- Self LOVE ...

We're having such a strong Saturnian year & Saturn demands we take responsibility for ourselves & our lives.

In a few hours, we’ll welcome in the energy of the first New Moon of the Astrological New Year.

Falling in Aries - the sign of new beginnings, the Sabian Symbol - A White Triangle Is Seen; It Has Golden Wings - seems to urge us towards upliftment of self & others.

@hill.lynda says in her book 'The Sabian Oracle', - (this symbol) "indicates that you don't have to feel stuck in the present situation - you can rise above it to something more spiritual, beautiful & joyful"

We may have little control of what's happening around us, be we can always choose how we see & respond to it.

2020 is taking lots of inner work to keep as centered, balanced & calm as possible, but it is attainable.

Venus in Taurus is throwing a harmonious trine to the heavier stellium of Jupiter, Pluto, Mars & Saturn.

Venus reminds us to seek out the joy, the sensual, the tangible, heart-melting moments... ... whilst Saturn's residence in Aquarius, & Venus' square to Ceres reminds us that we're all in this together & that we must all protect (Aries) one another & our home🌏

As Saturn moves to square Uranus, be open to what changes are also needed on a personal level, as they're likely to be magnified now.

If you're facing challenges, they're likely asking that you take action.
Squares bring discomfort & discomfort demands change.

Be grateful for what you're being shown even if it feels hard & unwarranted.

The Sun has entered the Zodiac’s first sign – Aries; marking the Autumn Equinox here in the Southern Hemisphere, Summer Equinox for those in the Northern Hemisphere ...

... and the start of the Astrological New Year.

A time when we’re called to bring balance into our lives – the calm with the chaos, the output with the input, the giving with the receiving.

Aries reminds us of ‘me first’. Not necessarily in the negative sense but meaning that taking care of self IS taking care of others; through allowing them to be (exactly as they are) & ensuring we’re strong when they’re not.

The Sun, ingressing square to the nodal axis highlights the need to balance responsibility & discipline with nurture & care;
