Attend to the the Details
March’s Full Moon falls in the sign of Virgo and it’s a reminder to attend to the details.
It’s time to cross the Ts and dot the Is when it comes to whatever you’ve been envisaging and working towards.
Now’s the time for some methodical analysis, to get down to the nitty-gritty, to tackle those plans that you’ve been avoiding, to up the craftsmanship, apply the final touches and to put the practical into action.
Virgo is an Earth sign; willing to work hard and diligently to make things happen.
Details are an essential part of any creation; no matter what you’re working towards.
Sitting down to draw up plans may not seem quite so enticing as you work your big picture, but the detail is certainly necessary to ensure you get to where you’re wanting to be efficiently.
Getting Sober about your Creations – Essential to Manifestation
With so much Pisces and Neptune activity going on at the minute, it’s all too easy to get lost in creating.
In fact, it’s a prime time for channelling some inspirational new ideas, but if you don’t take a moment to get serious, take a step back and to work the details, those inspirations will remain just that.
Saturn travelling through Capricorn will be moving to form a harmonious aspect with the Moon as she builds to full giving you the chance to take responsibility, to get disciplined and to take a sober approach to your dreams
This is the time to manifest all that genius into something tangible.
And yes, that will take a certain amount of hard work and attention to the not-always-so enticing detail.
But…. it’s that attention that may just see your motivation increasing ten-fold; giving you the ability to focus your efforts and to bring greater form to whatever it is that you’re working on.
If you’ve ever set intentions you’ll understand the creative and motivating power that comes from writing things down.
So, activate the power of that pen!!
Is it Time to Purify?
Virgo is a purifying energy and with this Virgo Moon opposing plenty of planetary activity in Pisces you may find that your sensitivity is increased – emotionally and physically.
Perhaps your body is sending you signals to something that isn’t suiting you in your diet.
Allergies could rise now, so be mindful of what you’re experiencing and feeling this week.
That could also include your home in the form of dust and detergent allergies
As we move into the new season, don’t be surprised if you find yourself needing to give your home a thorough spring/autumn clean.
You know that you’re going to feel awesome once that’s achieved, right? 🙂
Introducing a New Ritual
Virgo is also aligned with rituals, so if you’ve been contemplating it, now’s a great time to introduce a new healthful ritual.
Maybe commit to a a regular morning meditation, join a new exercise class, add more fruits and vegetables to your diet or join a group/take up a course on how to clear yourself and your environment from toxins.
Being able to take responsibility for your own energy is a way to ensure that you move through life from an empowered position.
Taking Independent Action and Tuning into Faith
With Mars in Sagittarius squaring all four personal ‘planets’ at this Full Moon there is plenty of energy and motivation available and with Uranus plugging into this energy, you’re likely to feel optimistic and less-concerned about outcomes when it comes to taking independent action.
Jupiter; moving through Scorpio and ruling both Sagittarius (Mars) and Pisces (Sun, Neptune, Mercury, Venus) is asking you to keep the faith as you move through what has likely to been an intense period of transformation.
We cannot always see the final outcome of our visions and actions, but we can cultivate and tune into that inherent feeling of trust that all is working out.
There’s plenty of opportunity for healing available now if you’re willing to do the work, find the help and commit.
if you’re not sure how to move forward or who can help you try praying (to God, the Universe, Other – whatever speaks to you 😉 ) and ask for guidance, then follow your heart and the intuitive promptings that come your way 🙂
The Benefits of Teamwork – Bringing Love to the Job and Feeling Useful
Virgo energy is intelligent, dislikes boredom and loves to feel useful and of service.
Blend this with the new moon energy, which fell in Aquarius (group energy) at the start of this lunar month and you might like to consider bringing more love into your day to day job.
If you do a job well your colleagues benefit, as do your customers and vice-versa.
No matter what form that job takes there’s always something more that you can do to offer your best service and to make your role more enjoyable and challenging.
A supportive, service-oriented and productive team can move mountains.
The Shadow Rising
As always, Full Moons afford us the opportunity for conscious awareness of our shadow side.
With Virgo energy (and when Pisces is also strong), the following negative traits could come to the fore or could be magnified in those around you.
Remember that which we need to see about ourselves is usually mirrored back at us in others –
- To Much Dreaming/Not Enough Doing: How are you spending your daily life? Are you purposefully moving towards your goals? Remember dreams don’t work unless you do.
- Anxiety: Is fear of the future holding you back from growth? Could your food choices be playing a part with your moods?
- Perfectionism: There is a fine line between moving before you’re ready and letting fear of not ever being good enough hold you back. Perfect doesn’t exist. Is it time to move to the ‘learning on the job’ phase?
- Feeling like a Victim: Is it time to apply more discernment with whom are you sharing your energy or how you are spending your time? Stronger boundaries, an injection of courage and a healthy dose of Self Discipline is probably all that you need to change your life.
- Workaholic/Prudish Tendencies: All work and No play makes Jack a dull boy – If you feel like you’re the one doing all the work and find yourself judging others for a little frivolity that may just mean that it’s time for you to reach out and ask for help. In the absence of a cloning machine, who can help to share the load?
- Being Overly Aware of Germs: Yes, hygiene is important to a healthy life – washing hands before eating, keeping your house clean and tidy, washing yourself and your dishes, but if you find that you’re obsessing about germs, disease and illness; you could be manifesting a miserable life for yourself. There is a difference to being ‘germ-aware’ and ‘living in fear of germs’. The former is important, the latter might just see you closing in your World.
