Common Goals and Feeling the Love
This week’s New Moon falls in the sign of Aquarius.
Aquarian energy is aligned with common goals, group support, humanitarianism and the Vision.
This is a great New Moon to re-connect with your why.
Why are you doing the things that you’re doing and why are you striving for the goals that you’re currently going after?
If you’re responsible for (or are part of) a group of people now is a great time to start afresh on a new footing and this is a great month for an inspiring leadership talk or a team meeting about the future direction of the company/project/group.
With Venus conjunct Neptune in compassionate Pisces the month ahead holds a beautiful soft, compassionate energy.
What do those around you need from you?
Can you see beyond individual patterns and behaviours?
Eclipse Season and the Possibility of a Healthy dose of Projection
If things have been a little hairy or intense of late then remember we are in our first Eclipse season of 2018 – intense times indeed.
Eclipse energy can really illuminate our shadow side – like a Full Moon on steroids, so if you’ve had a tough time of it this last few weeks or you’re butting heads with family, friends, lovers, colleagues, the post man…
…you may just be experiencing a healthy dose of projection.
What is this situation showing you – about yourself?
If you find yourself blaming others or going into victim mode, take a deep breath and explore what the situation is really showing you about you.
Some of the negative aspects of Aquarian energy that may come to light now are:
- rigid thinking,
- fixed opinions (or the tendency to be overly opinionated),
- believing oneself to be too different to ever get on with others (potentially leading to isolation/loneliness)
- believing oneself superior or more ‘evolved’ than those around them,
- excessive rebellion,
- the need to shock others
Progressive Ideas/Out of the Box Thinking
Mercury is also in Aquarius and sits alongside the Sun and Moon bringing the potential for out of the box ideas, progressive thinking and a lightening-fast mind.
This is further enhanced by Uranus forming a harmonious sextile with all 3 – enlightenment, awakening and the potential for surprising and beneficial changes are all there for those who wish to take the opportunity and tune into that.
Shifting Stuck Patterns
If you find yourself going round and round at each Full Moon/Eclipse in the same modes of behaviour and if you’re struggling to know what to do to move forwards, I highly recommend seeking out a coach/healer/therapist, who is trained to help you in the way that you need.
I am truly blessed to have Jane at Soul Clarity to work with and to help me to navigate my life.
Over the last 7 months, she has helped me to make so much progress.
Her techniques are so magical and powerful. The tools that she has taught me have been nothing short of miraculous.
I really don’t know how I’d have navigated this time without her.
There are many wonderful healers around on this Earth and we’re all in need of a little help, so I encourage you to look for one that resonates with you, if you feel called to do so.
I really believe that you can change whatever is going on for you. You just have to take the steps.

Busy, Busy, Busy
With Jupiter in Scorpio squaring The Moon, The Sun and Mercury there is a lot of potential for growth and opportunity.
This Month holds the energy of hope and optimism, but there is also the likely tendency of feeling overstretched.
No matter what’s going on in your life, remember to take time for you.
Be Mindful of Your Actions
With Venus and Mars both placed in Jupiter’s ruling signs and squaring one another it’s wise to hold back a little before acting and to first consider those around you.
To not do so could lead to a lack of tact and hurt feelings.
Placing your hand on your heart and checking in with your heart-space before interacting could work wonders in mitigating potential relationship angst or a case of putting one’s foot in it.
There’s also a note here to be mindful of your footprint as you go about your daily life. Are you actions taking care of the Earth, your people and whatever you see around you?
“Are you helping the problem or are you contributing to it?”
Tender Feelings and Heightened Intuition
With Chiron also joining Venus and Neptune in Piscses you (or those around you) could be feeling tender and extremely sensitive this month and may find yourself re-visiting past hurts.
There is also the potential for heightened intuition, mystical experiences and with so much Jupiter energy around the call to adventure could be strong…
… where will your own personal journey take you next?
With Mars and Venus both square to Neptune the blurring of boundaries could be an issue as could the tendency towards unrealistic expectations.
Idealism is beautiful to aspire to, but remember that true unconditional love lies in loving a person or thing exactly as they are.
If you find focus challenging this month or feel that your energy appears to be depleted quite easily you could have Neptune to thank for that also.
Playing music, swimming in natural bodies or water; such as the Ocean and Meditation will all help to re-energise and centre you.
You might also need to more strongly protect your own emotional and psychic energy this month.

“In order to receive love and acceptance from my family, I start the ball rolling by loving and accepting them exactly as they are now”.
… and that family can be biological, soul or the ability to see every human being and animal species on this planet as one big family –
… whatever applies to you 🙂
