Cherishing Profound Disillusionment, Finding the Gratitude in our Daily Existence and Being Love to Ourselves and Others

Saturn Neptune Square plus RetrogradesI wanted to find a quote that seemed fitting for the energy that we are experiencing at the minute.

With the second hit of the Saturn/Neptune square exacting yesterday and with both of those Planets, along with Mars and Pluto, being retrograde the fitting word seems ‘Disillusionment’.

It’s like the sheen has been stripped away and we are firmly rooted in the reality of our existence.

Jupiter, plugging into this energy, is offering a chance to find gratitude for the beauty and love inherent within our daily existence.

And then there is the sense that if we can just get through this fog…

This is a time to be gentle with ourselves; to seek withdrawal for a while, if that is what is calling you.

Although Jupiter can bring benevolence and optimism, he can also inflate the negative aspects of a sign through which he is transiting.

In Virgo, there may be a tendency to excessive criticism of self and/or of others. The strive for perfectionism and the disappointment (Saturn/Neptune) when things are not as perfect as we were hoping.

Again, be gentle.

Remember that we are all human; that ‘perfect’ is not real and neither is it particularly appealing.

The experience of an array of emotions are what makes our humanity so profound.

Be mindful that Mars in Scorpio is taking us all deep right now and you may find yourself or others lashing out at this time if such pain points are encountered.

Give love to those areas, give tenderness and cosset them as you would comfort your newborn baby in whatever way brings you nurturance.

With Love, Toria xo
